Refund and Returns Policy

At Sawari.om, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made items, such as customized doors and windows, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sales@sawari.om.
